Question for all you out there.... What about the use of Pam cooking spray... It sez it has like zero everything...

now i feel bad about eating those STICKY RIPS last night.. wife uses BIG DADDIES BQ SAUCE, brown sugar and some malaise and just coats the hell out of them and cooks them on the grill.. and these were the big boneless ribs... you know the ones like 6oz of meat.. first she bowls them and then crock pots then grill..

Pam is hydrolyzed oil, just say no!

The reason it's nutritional label claims that it has nothing is because the serving size is so small that there is less than 1/2 gm of fat in it.

I don't know if you ever tried to cook anything with thier serving, but it will stick.

You are better off just wiping your pan with a bit of olive oil on a paper towel or in one of those oil misters.
