Just started last week. One thing, you can superset them if you work them the same day... I switched so I could really concentrate on them (was doing tris with shoulders and chest before, and bis with back).
done bi's and tri's on the same day for about 4 years now, i found personally that I get better gains on my arms that way, and I also love the Pump you get doing them on the same day.
I do just as lamasta bis tris and forearms....it is an easy way to concentrate on those muscles rather than say doing back and getting your bis a semi workout....and plus the pumps are great!
Well I'll add my .02 I rotate my workouts every copuple of weeks like chest/tris and back/bis then I switch to chest/bis and back/tris then switch again a few weeks later to chest only back/shoulders and bis/tris when I do this pattern switching every few weeks I always get a great pump by the time I hit bis/tris I love it and it pays off just ask WeirdAl we finaily got to work out today and holly shit is he strong ! big props to WeirdAl !
