Time for my 2nd jab, but help me out a little

right im doing sus @ 500mgs a week and nandralone deconate @ 300mgs a week. this is split into two injections, one on monday night and one on thursday night.

im 175 lbs now and i dont know what my body fat % is, but its probably around 10% i think. I dont want to put on any more than 14 lbs or so on really as it will be very obvious to close friends and family members (and i want to stay lean).

well ive done my research and everything and as far as i could see thats sort of the mimimum ammounts for it to be effective. BUT my friend is doing the same as me and when he was talking to somebody in the gym (who does know his stuff) and he told him he did his 2nd injection today, he told my friend he was doing a lot for his first cycle.


so what i want to know is this
should i inject twice a week on monday and thursday which means i will be having 500mgs and 300mgs a week. OR should i do whats been sugested to my friend which is do an injection every 4 days. If i did it every 4 days it would make it out to be 437.5mgs of sus a week, and then either 262.5mgs of deca (or 350 if i upped it to 200mgs per injection).


i just want a little advice really before i do my injection tonight.....should i do it every 4 days or should i do it twice a week.

ive just got a bit paranoid after what the guy said in the gym thats all....

you can be really kewl and inject eod if you want lol.....hell I wish I could inject eod or ed!!! I love injecting...I think I am going to start injecting sterile oil when I am off cycle....
 
First off this is just my opinion I am doing the same cycle but I also used dbol the frist four weeks I am ending my sixth week and as of last friday I was up 22lbs now if you just wanted to get 14 lbs you picked the wrong AS for the job deca/sust is for fairly big weight gain althought if you don't eat that big and don't train too hard you could keep to your goals of only 14lbs but I feel that you are going to waist what could be a really good and gig cycle I think if thats all you want then go with the every 4 days that will limit your gains by lowering the amount of mg/wk but hey what do I know hope this helps
 
this is what i like to do.. i get a 3" 16 g 5ml dart.. top the jacket off and then gorilla grip the dart in my hand.. then i jab myself 20 or 30 times(like i'm trying to kill a wild animal) then i push on the lunger so hard that i could hit the far wall in the living room.. wipe up a little blood and go to the gym and hit it hard.. LOL.. but that's what i do.. you might want to do something different
 
dont tell him to take it easy on training and eating...wrong thing 2 do..there is much hard work involved

well as for the type of gear - thats all thats available locally really

and shinko i know you have put on 22lbs but i assume quite a bit of that is going to be water from the dbol. this is qhy i didnt do the dbol because of the water bloat and the mass increase.

ill just have to see how it turns out and ill post some pics
the main thing is i just a bit paranoid about going too big lol :)
