Anyone NOT keep a workout log? If not, why not? How do you make sure you're progressing, tell what works for you, etc?

I got into a habit of doing it with body for life, and have kept going as I've moved on to my own thing. Have records back since I started lifting on 11/13/2000. Kind of cool to look back over them, but especially helpful to make sure I'm progressing, see what I did the last couple workouts for a body part, and plan out what I need to do next (both exercise wise and weight wise).

I don't.....did in the past...........The reason I don't is I just remember it all. Been doing this so damn long that if I can't remember it now I've got problems :)

I did when I was just starting out. Not anymore.

Why? Not sure really. I reckon it's because I don't need it anymore. What would be the purpose of it? I can see what progress I'm making without a diary.

I used to, but I just remember the weights I used last and go from there. I do keep a log of my bodyweight and body measurements all year round though.
