How do you all prepare from one show to another in say 3 weeks

i for one

would go off diet slightly for a few days like tues....... then up your carbs by 15% this will stableize your metabolism and start bring the water weight back off.. you may add the carbs and go up in weight and look better........
 
Alright here you go bro....you are fine if you pig out one week...that leaves you 2 to cut back up in one week you are will gain prolly bout 15 lbs, but 90% of that will be H2O. Alright so when you hit the end of this week just go back to your cutting calories for the next week and start dropping a few days earlier than usual, that should do the trick....shoot me a pm if you need any more help...
