I get up in middle of night and slam a protien drink. Im trying to lose fat and gain muscle. im on hgh test and deca. also i stuff myself with protien before i go to sleep . should i stop this or what if i want to lose fat, carbs are minimal after 5

50g of protein with no sugar/no fat in the middle of the night is a great way to preserve and build muscle while losing fat IMO. I do 2 shakes a night when I bulk.

I have to pee 2 to 3 times a night from drinking water all day long so I slam a quick shake every now and then and almost always when on.

I do the same thing. I can't deal with the hunger pains when I'm trying to sleep.

same here protien shake & peanut butter sandwich like clockwork
ever night at 2 to 3 am.

I always have some isopure and water mixed up in the fridge. That way when i wake up to piss, i'll throw it down.
