I get up in middle of night and slam a protien drink. Im trying to lose fat and gain muscle. im on hgh test and deca. also i stuff myself with protien before i go to sleep . should i stop this or what if i want to lose fat, carbs are minimal after 5
50g of protein with no sugar/no fat in the middle of the night is a great way to preserve and build muscle while losing fat IMO. I do 2 shakes a night when I bulk.
