sup man,never used teh tornel but have used the denkall test 400 and one word ouch..I did half a cc on monday and then another half of a cc on thursday and I was sore every single time those days came around....its pretty painful, I don't see how some people inject 1 whole cc at a time unless they are cutting it with something,....maybe that would have helped me but I didn't try it...oh well good luck man....
