Vaunz needs help with puffy nipples fellas......please read.

I had my body fat down to about 7%'ish and noticed that my puffy nips really weren't so puffy anymore. In the last week, they've gotten out of control. I have no sensitively and it's not gyno b/c I had it when I started lifting too. Sometimes they go flat, like when I'm cold or if I'm getting out of water (shower, pool, etc) but when I'm relaxed and warm they puff out really bad. I'm using Yohimburn but it does nothing for me......Anyone know of that other option? That stuff that you can buy at GNC and make into some sort of cream to apply on nips? Or any other ideas? This shit is really eating me up....it's all I think about and it looks really stupid too.

i agree is presser. it sure sounds like gyno. I'm not sure if taking liquidex or nolva now will help you or not. Maybe someone could answer this for me? sorry i'm not much help.

I dont think there is anyway around it. if your nips cant stay hard then that is what happens.

I understnad what you mean. I find if I go out on a night drinking, when I wake up the next day, I'm really lean and no puffy nips. Mainly do to the dieretic effect from alcohol. So for me it's just water. Check for lumps around the nipple. If you are planning on having your shirt off for some party or something, apply some Prep H and it helps get rid of sub-q water temporary.

Yeah, definitely not gyno b/c I had it before I started AS or even lifting and there's no sensitivity and no lumps. I will try the Prep H I guess......I just can't stand this shit, it's so annoying. Once I'm done bulking I'll just have to lean out again I guess.

its probably nothing bro--if they start to itch hit the nolvadex--you might just be paranoid--everyone gets that way when they first start up---your like 2-3 wks in right? did the dbol get there yet?? dbol tends to make the nips a little puffy
