Clomid

I did a 7 week cycle: Fina 75mg ED, Prop 50mg ED, winny 50mg ED.
After week 7, I went on anavar for four weeks. Yesterday was my last day. When and how should I run the clomid? Dosage and time? Thanks in advance!

I would run the clomid at 100mgs for the first week, and then 50mgs for the next 2 weeks!!!
