need major advice please. asap

ok guys, i will try to be as short as possibe, i have been haveing a back/neck problem for the last 5 weeks. kind of nagging injury (like a pulled muscle from doing shoulder shrugs) this is how it started out anyhow, it used to hurt late at night and first thing in the morning, (nothing ice and a hottube wouldn't cure), now it hurts like a mofo. the pain goes from neck all way down the spine and overy to my shoulder blade and down my arm, certain ways i move it feels like a knife jabbing me and other ways i move my left arm goes numb especially in the last 2 fingers, i get mucle spasms all the time in chest tris and forearms, starting hurting pretty bad friday night and through the weekend (dull acheing throbbing pain now) worked back yesterday, had a hell of a workout great pump, back didn't bother me to bad through the workout, (have to stay away from bent over rows the stretch kills me) but woke up this morning and can't move. hurting as if something is magor wrong, couldn't sleep last night, no matter which way i lay it constantley hurts, have taken muscle relaxers, pain med. and nothing helps. like i said its been hurting and i have been training through it, it just got worst, benched 335 for 5 good reps last week with no spotter, and couldn't get 225 off my chest today. it doesn't hurt to do a pressing movement, but it just feels like i don't have the strenth to do it. i cant even flex or tighten up my chest for some reason, when i flex my right chest is very hard and my left pec just lays there, damndest thing i have ever seen, any how here is the biggest bitch, 1.5 weeks into bulking winter cylce i now can't train, i have been on 40mg dbol ed for 1.5 weeks and i have a total of 900mg deca and 1200mg of test in me so far. what should i do? quit, and if so go cold turkey? do i need clomid or hcg? should i stay on and hope the therapy im going through will cure it? i did go to the doctor this morning (have an appt. friday with a back specialist, and trying to get in to see i good chyro) he said the exrays were negative, but back was swolen (traps and right below traps) and muscles very tight. he said possibley alot of inflamation from a pulled muscle, (if so i have never had a pulled muscle this long) causing the nerve to pinch and mess up my arm. he gave prednazone, which he says is the stronges antiinflamatory there is, and put me on some type of patch therapy (i don't even know what this is yet) how does the prednazone effect the gear i have taken already in case i plan to stay on? so there is my story, sorry to be so long, but i'm so god damn depressed right. iv already got the water bloat from dbol, and paid i very resptected source for one hell of a diet bulking program. i'm not worried about what gear has already been wasted, but i do not want to waste anymore. so what to do quit, ( if so how) keep going and pray, (but i hate to waste it in case i don't cure fast). sorry to ramble guys but any advice will be highly appreciated. p.s. went from 212 to 222 in 1.5 weeks. thanks to all for listening.

:( i thought this was supposed 2 b short?? seriously tho...get 2 a doc....mayb nerve damage....mayb something a chiropractor can fix...but either way i would consult a physician.
 
i know, but i had alot of shit on my mind, i did go see a doc this morning, last part of the post, i know you prolly got tire of reading. lol. just trying to figure out what i should do now. keep on, stop or just shoot myself.
 
I'd say you pulled some part of your traps, rhomboids, or infraspinatus and did some nerve damage in the process. THe pain is definitely coming from the swelling in the surrounding muscle tissue. Unless the doc says you have some kind of structural damage that needs an orthopaedist (bone or ligament) and surgery, I'd go the route of ice/heat for a week and stay out of the gym completely. One week won't kill your cycle if you're dead set on continuing. If after a week of laying off completely and focusing on healing, then I'd say you should go off and wait it out. If a week doesn't fix you, I'd stay away from the chiropractor on this one...go get a good professional massage instead...it sounds to me like muscle damage and a good massage works wonders for kinked up back muscles.
 
any other advice, some good friend local are 50/50 they say, go off and stay out of gym and some stay cut back to lower doses (and stay out) until it heals, but i'm afraid if i cut back to lower doses by the time i get back to training my receptors will have already been used. my gains always come in the first 5-6 weeks, after that its mainley just for helping maintain, even with other drugs for example percs for pain for my back, the fist day 1 does ok, then the next day nothing after a couple of days i have to take 4 to get the same effects of the firtst initial perc, same as eca stacks, have to increase everyday, so i'm just assuming gear is the same for me thats why my gains come quick in the first few weeks, just theory, anyhow bottom line don't want to waste 1 or 2 weeks of receptor use (if it cure in this period). any taker on this theory. thanks for all the help.
 
The worst thing I can think of would be a C4-5 or C5-6 disc rupture with nerve impingement. That,along with BSBW's muscle-nerve damage scenario,are the two most likely diagnosis.
Ask the spine doc if he thinks you might need a MRI to evaluate the cervicle discs(regular Xrays won't show it and are usually normal in acute injuries)

The prednisone is a steroid of the adrenocorticoid type,meaning it is catabolic(the opposite of anabolic) and will compete for the same receptors as your AAS. You will not get the full benifit of AAS while on prednisone....and also in terms of healing,you will not get the same benifits of prednisone while on AAS.
I'd probably stop the AAS anbd get this staightened out 1st. If you look at worst case scenario you want to clean out your sysytem if you are facing a possible surgical situation.
