Good news Bad news 8 week update

OK here it is

the bad news first both my friend and I were running the same cycle we both had 1 10ml bottle of Ttokkyo deca 300 and 4 5ml bottles of Ttokkyo sustanon well there were all under dosed we only had enough for 8 weeks instead of 10 like we planned any way he went from 148lbs to 168lbs in 8 weeks (he is only 5'6"
I went from 190lbs to 215lbs so he got 20lbs I got 25lbs I am truely happy of the gains I got from this cycle I will start my clomid in 3 weeks and the clen in 1 week to help with the water weight

on monday I hit 295lbs for a set of 6 on incline press then 315 for a set of three that was my max 2 years ago on flat bench I am really happy with the strenght gains as well as what I look like now my girl loves it and I can't wait to start my cutting cycle in Jan I am going to try to get to 10% bf by then to start really shredding on Jan 1

I will get some pics up by the end of the week or the begining of next to show you what I look like !

Thanks to all of you who helped me and answered my questions this is only the begining of a long road to my ideal body and maybe on day a shot on stage but wee will see I have a long way to go!!

Wow, that's great - wish I'd gotten to do chest with you this week! Sucks about the shortened cycle, but it's less time you have to be off!

No bad news from what I see. If you do you rpost cycle right you should be able to kepp 15-18lbs

Sounds like you made some really good gains...25lbs, in 8 weeks. Must feel great to have done that.

Thanks for the input I think the good out did the bad to I just wish the fun could have lasted two more weeks but WeirdAl is right now I can start the cutting cycle sooner than I thought my clenbutrol came in yesterday so I can't weight to get rid of this water I am holding and MacGyver man if I can keep 15-18lbs I will be in heaven hell I still have about a week and a half befor the test starts dropping so maybe I can see 28lbs by then here is to hopeing lol WeirdAl yeah I missed ya on monday it would have been nice to have you there buy hey who knows maybe this monday huh!? well thanks again to all ~!
