Leg Update

Hey Bros... just got back from the doc. She said I have a partial tear in my medial quadricep. That I can do some light sets but no squating, extensions or presses for 4 - 6 weeks.. Blahhhh. Its killing me to hold out on my leg workouts.

Oh and she was a cutie, talked her into giving me her home number :)
 
Legs are great to do, but they also take a lot of energy to get to grow. I've heard people talk about laying off of legs for a bit and having their upper body just make phenomenol progress during that time. Hopefully that's how it will work out for you! And congrats on the phone number! :)
 
That sucks. I tore my main quad back in high school. It takes a while for those things to heal. Take it easy & follow the doctors orders.
