Diet tips- Lets here them!

What are your tips for cutting the fat from these bodies of ours!

Some I have heard and some what used!

1. Try to keep Cardio at 75% of you max heart rate. 6 days a week.

2. Cut back on carbs after 3pm

3. At least 1 grm -1.5 grams per pound of body weight and drink 1 gallon of water per 100 pounds of body weight.

4. ETC...

To cut the fat off my body I like to use a fillet knife. Pearing knifes tend to do a little more damage and you cant control their movement as well. J/K

I'm fat I don't know...

yup. best way to diet down I ever did. even without supp's or thermo's a CKD does great things. Never really as great on any other diet, even with clen, eca or whatever, than on a CKD

Damn Presser, 75mg ephedrine and 800mg caffeine 4x per day would probably kill me. lol.

4 Xenadrines are good enough for me.

Lean...isnt this winter...who cares how lean we are now? hmm can I add anything somewhat beneficial to this...no you guys have covered I think...oh yeah
Do cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and wait 1.5 hrs to eat afterwards.

Nope, way over rated! Reason keto diets work is that insulin levels are kept in check for long durations of time.

I prefer, keep insulin as low as possible b4 working out. Workout, spike insulin with HIGH GI carbs, let slin come crashing back down. No more carbs afterwards (or anywhere near bedtime).

I also like GH taken IM right b4 morning cardio.

And of course ECA, Clen, Yohimbe, DNP, and T3 (not at same time)!
