It's also the Boilogical value of the protein that is important aswell. Egg whites are great.

I usually use 8 eggs and just keep 2 of the yolks with a little milk for scrambled eggs. That's about 35g protein that way.

that's exactly what I have for breakfast. Sometimes I throw in a little salsa too for a little spicy taste.

I've been eating 12 scrambled egg whites with one yoke every morning for the past year. I mix in some fat free cheddar cheese and I never get tired of them! (Roughly 40 grams of protein.)
