I have 25 tabs of .04mg clen. From what I hear I should take 20mcg the first day and increase by 20 mcg each day until the max is reached. The max being 80 to 100mcg I think. If this is the case, when do I take it? 20mcg in the morning and another every few hours? Is there a certain time of day NOT to take it after to avoid sleeplessness? Any help would be appreaciated.

Spread it out as evenly as possible. Watch how much you take around 7pm and on. Your max will be when side effects are too much. (shakes) Also, aternate with an ECA or NYC stack every one or two weeks with the clen. Also, you don't have enough clen.

Ok uumm? I am no expert but I to will be starting clen on monday to shed the water from my cycle ok with that said .....

25 clen pills wont do crap for you I just got mine in and I bought 1000 pills from what I have researched 2 weeks on 2 weeks off tapering up and back bown no if you do that and even if you only go to 20mcg thats 50 pills for just one 2 weeks on so you need some more pills also don't worry about the mcg so much as what you tollerance is then when you reach it then add up the mcgs
but hey thats just my .02 good luck

I usually do 120mcg for clen. I never taper (anymore). The 1st clen cycle you do you should start low and add mcg until you either reach your mcg goal or your heart feels like it's going to jump out of your chest. Seriously, taper up to know how clen is going to effect you. There is no reason to taper down and can be counter productive. Since clen becomes less effective as time goes by tapering down would just make it worse.

Your next cycle on clen you should know how it effects you. You can then start with that dose. As far as time of day, clen has a half-life about 36 hours so it's going to be in your system day and night anyways. You do feel it more so right after you take a dose for some reason.

Some people don't like clen and have bad reactions to it (shakes and headaches).

definitely need more...do the math on doseages you need per day/week/cycle length and IMO, order a higher dose tab so you don't have to take so damn many.

Taking it at night is ok unless you already have a hard time sleeping. With the lifting and cardio, you should pass out even with a freight training running through your room. Take a benedryl if you have a hard time sleeping.

Ok, so I guess I'll be needing some more then. But as far as WHEN to take it is where I'm confused. Do you take 20mcg at 7am, 20mcg at 9:30, 20mcg at 12:00pm, 20mcg at 2:30pm, 20mcg at 5pm, etc. until I reach my limit? Thanks for all the help guys.
