I like ISS ProM3...50g Protein/2gCarbs/0Fat and mixes without blender and tastes good especially the chocolate. I'd rather regular food for carbs instead of maltodextrin crap if I'm trying for a MRP ratio,it's protein that is hard to get enough of with regular food.
