Been reading and adding to the threads regarding bruising from spot injections and it makes me think, theres a shitload of juicy muscles to shoot in. But we only use specific ones (I guess the size of the muscle and its access lend it to accepting the volumes that we inject). What about muscles with seperate bellies? For example, spot injections site shows injections into two different bellies of the tri. Why cant you shoot in different bellies of the quad or the bi's? Also, the spot inj site shows injections into the ant delt (I presume due to access), wouldnt the mid delt be juicier and almost as easy to shoot?
I can only think that one common cause of bruising with out pain and swelling that most of us are getting is due to shooting between these muscle bellies and nicking the supplying capillaries which are abundant. Also the pattern of large bruises which spread quickly and without pain indicates that the pooling of blood is occurring in the fascial spaces between the muscles rather than in them.
Am I talking out of my ass here?

I have shot in different bellies of muscles and the only one I had a problem was the one shoulder inject which I hit both shoulders in the same day with 1 cc each fina/prop. I've shot the small muscle near your knee cap with no problem than a little more pain. The only thing that I did was always try to hit the middle of the head of the muscle. Pecs wasn't bad at all either I kinda liked them now enough of this cause I'm on clomid and miss the ed injects

You have a good idea bro ... and I see where you are trying to go with this but .... In order to hit the different bellies accurately ... one would have to have 5-7% bodyfat or lower. Just so you could really be sure where you are poking.

Spotinjection.com reflect's more the average man. Who can't tell exactly what bellie they are injecting into... but overall proper procedure.

all good points, but one more variable is that the typical muscles we hit are the ones most likely NOT to have blood vessels and/or nerves that are easily hit. The "teardrop" in your quad is one example.

THat makes lots of sense. Although, with bi's and traps, you are running a good risk of getting veins and arteries. The nerves with most others is pretty deep. Whats your take on shooting in the gastrocenemus. I figured they show the medial head shot only because of access, but it pretty easy to get the lateral and theres no more of a chance of getting Veins/art/nerves than the medial.
