I was going to start my cutting cycle on Dec 9th which was gonna be compeletly a bulking cycle. But since everyone has been telling me to bulk first cuz i am already pretty cut. so what i am thinking of doing is change it to lean bulking/ cutting cycle

this is how i think it is gonna look

week
1-4 40mgDBOL Ed
1-10 50mgProp/50mgTren Ed
6-10 50mgWinny Ed
1-12 300mgPrimo/week

Question:

*Now i dont want to gain fat. by the end of the cycle i want to be leaner than i am now. So should i use liq clen through out or should i just do it when i do the cutting last 6 weeks along with t3.

*Also can u guys please suggest how much protien/carbs/fats i should during bulking and cutting.

*How many weeks should i bulk for b4 cutting.
 
why the primo throught out ????i would drop the primo up the the prop and tren dosages leave the dbol and winny the same...just my opinion
 
thats a lot of sticks!!!-and seems like a pretty hefty amount of gear-1.3g/week-10 weeks of tren seems a little long also-at 18 yrs old I'm not so sure you'll need these dosages-you also didn't mention any anti-e's-(liquidex-bromo)-be careful bro-you have plenty of time-not like us old guys!!!-Good Luck-Train Hard-Eat Clean and Big!!-keep us posted
 
Also I think you should plan a bulker and a cutter-I think you get better results-12week bulker(drop the winnie-run d-bol 1-4,fina 4-10 and the test 2 weeks past the fina-eat clean but eat a shitload!!-then your 12 week cutter keeping your calories around 500-1000 over maintenence and really tighten up(500 under maintenence as you get 4-6 weeks out from your show)-maybe use the d-bol to bridge(8 weeks between cycles-10mg/day as soon as you wake up)-this should get you close to your show in June(about 7 months depending on when you start)-just my opinion-rippedchef
 
Damn Guys u guys are rite, at this time i am so fucking confused bcuz i have gained a lot of fat in the past 3 weeks. i dont have gyno but it seems like i do cuz i have put on a lot of fat and i am holding a lot of water. thats the reason i dont want to do a complete bulker. Cuz i will get even fatter. I think i will use the clen and t3 during the Bulk what do u think to keep fat off or even loose some while bulking.

Cuz i know the more muscle i have the more ripped i will get and faster it will happen cuz my body will burn more cals.

So damn i guess i will hit a Bulking Cycle instead. I start Dec 9th so i have time to discuss all the issues with u guys.

I am not changing my mind anymore i have decided to bulk so i am gonna bulk first. Hopefully i can still drop some bf% even while bulking with clen and t3.

So now the diet:
Can u guys please post a sample meal plan for me!!! i am a junk food eater i dont really know how to eat clean.

eating clean is just like training-takes discipline-you don't always feel like doing it and you can find a million excuses not to!!-Pretty simple actually-6-7meals/day-40-50gm protein,40-50gm carbs,15-20gm healthy fat (all per meal)-protein sources-meat,fish,chicken,turkey-carb sources-oatmeal,rice,potatoes,bran,pasta-fat sources-flax oil,olive oil,peanuts and any fat with omega 3-I usually eat 4 meals and 2 shakes(shakes with a 1/2 cup peanuts)-also get some metamucil and take 1T in your shakes-Get into eating like this now so when its time to diet for your show you'll be used to the routine !!

Damn bro i am still trippin over bulking first cuz of the fact that i have put on quite a bit of fat that i cannot even take my shirt. i dont even like looking at my self. So i might end up doing a 8 week cycle with Prop, Winny, Fina. my nips are puffy i went to the doc he said that i have mild puberty gyno he said that i have a lot fat tissue around my nips. and he also said that if i loose fat most of puffiness will go away.

1-12 enanthate 600mg
1-12 deca 400-600 mg no taper its worthless
clomid at week 15
no need for nolvadex if ur using ldex or femera throught out ...nice and simple bulker and u dont have 15 different drugs in there ...

You are rite wasted its just that i am a very interesting and complicated guy.

I have decieded that i am not gonna decide rite now i will decide dec8th and do it on dec9th. thanx for the help bro.
 
keep it simple ur still young there is no need for a pharmacy worth of drugs for a cycle ...keep us posted and grow huge

I like what waste has for you the only thing I would throw in is prop at 100mgs or a pinch less weeks 12-15 that will take you right into clomid therapy. You have d-bol for front load.

liquid clen start at .2cc's next day 4.cc's up till you get the shakes you'll know what I mean when you get there probally around .8-1cc then back it off just a little. You do not need to taper down and you can run longer than 2 weeks cause of the ketofin but be aware that ketofin will make you very sleepy so only take before bed.

T-3 I used the liquid from same as clen. start at .2ccs first week then .4 then .6 .8.8.6.4.2 eight weeks total ramp up then back down. take in the am on empty stomach.

the only problem that I had was these killed my appetite which makes it hard to bulk.
 
diet as far as that goes you can fast food eat clean drop the mayo and fried foods. they all serve grilled chicken breast sandwiches get 2 loose the roll on one and combine them together drop any condiments that are fatty(mayo ranch dressing ect) instead try ketshup it's not to bad. your gonna have to remember to compete you have tobe completely dedicated look at presser now there's some dedication and it paid off 4 out of 5 awards so the question is how bad do you want it step up time is here bro. All the bros here will be behind you 100% to make it happen.
 
Thanx a lot bro. I will eat a lot but clean and yes i will hit the prop at the end so i can start the clomid rite away. so i guess BULKING it is then.
 
what bout cardio, one of my girls will be doing cardio with me in the mornign at least 3 times a week. for 40mins. u think should i skip that or keep on doing it to keep me lean while bulking.
