Guys my concern of this post is to find out the best ways to keep the fat off while bulking. I will be doing liq clen at nite during night. So do u guys think it is ok for me to do cardio 3-5times/week in the morning. i just wanna put on around 20lbs of solid muslce. and of course i will be on juice.

Here is how it looks

weeks
1-6 30mgDbol ED
1-12 600-800mgEnanthate/Week
1-12 400-600mgDeca/Week
12-15 100mgProp ED

I dont wanna gain any fat while bulking if anything i want to loose the bf?

so far it seem like i will eat a balanced diet with 300gProtien/300-400gCleanCarbs Any more Suggestions are welcome....

madchemist36, you missed some vitals stats IMO that are necessary to answer your question. First, what bodytype are you? If you are an endo you are going to prone to putting on bodyfat so cardio is a good addition. However if you are ecto just looking at cardio equipment is going to derail your bulk cycle.

Next how old are you? The older we get the more prone we get to putting on fat. Probably has a lot to do with natural GH levels going down. If you fall in this category then cut carbs as early in the evening as you can. If you workout at night, definitely do take some PW. But stay up and have a protein only (maybe a very little fat) meal right before bed. GH release won't happen while you sleep if your insulin levels are too high.

Finally, what is you BF% levels right now? The higher the level is the more likely you are going to be putting on fat. I often wondered if higher levels of aromotaze (sp) contribute to this. The fatter you are the more aromotize you have. You can combat this with a stronger dose of anti-e's (dex, fer, etc.)

Good Luck- LA

IMO it is very difficult to efffectively bulk and not gain fat. Losing fat should be easier than gaining muscle (to a point) so pulling off the extra LBS after your cycle shouldn't be too big of a deal. 20lbs on one cycle without any fat is a tall order.

LA hit on some very valid points. Your body type has allot to do with how you will respond to cardio durring a bulking phase. My metabolism is slower than your average turtle so I don't have a problem doing cardio durring a bulking phase although I don't always do it.

Thanks for the stats and I checked out your pics. Take guts to post pics of one's self!

I see we are in the same boat being "endos". It's a curse and a blessing, easy to put on muscle, easy to put on fat!

I won't ever start a bulk cycle while I'm over 10% again! Then I promise I'll stop when I reach 14%. I'm going to experiment with bulking/cutting back to back with slight changes in the gear (I choose stuff that would suit either) but differences in calories/cardio activity (plus some clen/dnp for the cut portion).

I was thinking about making a journal type post. I did this once on another board and regretted it. I start Sunday and it's 10 weeks long. I'm hoping to follow this up immediately with another cycle- only 15 weeks in length. It's the one advantage of not having a functional HPTA to worry about.
