How much ALA should i take while bulking to keep the fat off. And ALA doesnt hinder gains if anything it help with the gains correct???

I asked a friend who swears by ALA.

His reply: 300mg/ every 30-40g carbs

Yes, ALA will help shuttle glucose(energy) to your cells , which helps with recovery. So using ALA post workout is very beneficial.
How much you will need depends on what and how much your eating....

You could start using 500 mg , 3 times a day.... before your highest carb meals.... and with post workout meal. Most notice leaning effects around 2500-3000 mg daily range. So start lower... and you can work up pretty quickly as you feel necessary.
But always take your ALA with food.

Hey i am a huge ALA fan...i like to take some in the morning..and post workout....the best time i think is when i eat a huge meal...but i love the stuff, helps keep u lean as hell...best with carbs of course....
