When you were cutting for your contest:

1. How did your change your training if at all? (in terms of reps, weight, intensity, cardio etc.)

2. As a result of cutting your bodyfat down to where you wanted to be, did you see any change in strength? (I know strength is lost but I wanted to see what your experience with it is)

3. How did that change in strength affect you mentally?
