i think this was posted before but i am not sure---what type of protein powders does everyone use?

i usually use optimum nutritions 100% whey---BTW the strawberry flavor sucks ass

but i picked up EAS's Simply Protein this past week---anyone have any comments on it?

can't say that I have tried it...I stick with Met-rx.....protein plus...

I think the EAS simply protein is too expensive for what you get, and not terribly fond of the flavor, either. My favorites are the optimum nutrition, and schwartzlab whey's, both chocolate.

I used to use optimum, and eas....... I get it for 24$ per 5lbs...
But now i use Isopure...... Best Protein ever, 100% isolate.......
no one can argue against that...... except muscletech there protein is 1000000000 times better then whey.........

I actually think EAS is a decent buy for the $$$...as long as you stay away from GNC. I used to use it a lot, got kind of sick of the flavors and switched to other stuff.

I didn't like it. Besides the fact that it is a concentrate/Isolate blend I didn't digest it well. You also have to use more powder per shake than some other brands to keep the mg of protein the same.

I always used twinlabs super whey fuel because it mixes easily and tastes unbelievably great. But now that I found a wholeseller that's willing to give me powder at a great price I'm using Scitec Nutritions 'WPC'.

why is everyone seem to use concetrate whey,,,, Am I mistaken but Isolate has the best biolagical value......... why use inferior.

I use VPX zero carb whey isolate, and Optimun Nutrition whey isolate/concentrate. I also buy a box of Labrada protien bars once in a while.

I use champion ultramet packs usually take 4 a day
its tastes great and can be made into a pudding very easy
vanilla pudding taste like cake batter

you guys can think that i'm pimping the board.. but send your next 28usd to Schwartz and that will be the last place you buy your protein from.. and if you don't like it email me and i'll make it right with you after the first of the year.. it's that good..
