Bruises

Fellas, I am doing shots in my bi's and tri's, I am getting a bruise every now and then ,what causes this to happen? Am I getting or making scar tissue and if so is there anything I could do to prevent it or to make it go away. Thanx The Game [email protected] ps Does this happen to anyone else??

I think that every time you push a pin into your skin you will be creating a little scar. Whenever you puncture your skin, it heals and naturally there is scar tissue. The bruising may be from blood escaping from cutting a vein on the way in.

I've gotten a bruise on my ass before...think it was because I was going in the exact same spot too often...some bro's told me to make sure to move injections around a little (even if shooting in the same general area)...this may be more difficult with Bi's and Tri's because there aren't as many places you can shoot.

dont' worry bro...I have 4 cycles under my belt.....and I injected for the first time...and I got a huge bruise on my left shoulder...don't know what happend but god it hurt!!! I injected into my right quad yesterday and everything went fine....just sore today, but at least it's not bruised!!!
