i am all bout hip hop but when it comes to working out i got love for rock.

i like

POD - Alive
LinkinPark - Almost everything

Beleive it or not I like to listen to the crap that 24 hour plays. All the pop sh!t that everyone hates. It just makes you feel good. That's what I like to listen to. Now if I were to have a burned CD that I listened to it would have hip hop, R&B and Rap.

Huge hip-hop fan, but in the gym it's hard house and break beats!! I have a couple friends that are sick DJ's that I listen to all the time. Adam Webb - Rehab is probably my favorite!!

Linkin Park, Disturbed, Puddle of Mud, System of a Down...

Disturbed.. dropping plates gets me jammin.

ZZZOOM

white zombie "devil man"! well almost any song by white zombie. hahah. Old Black Sabbath. Slayer, Judas priest, Just heavy loud kill all them mother fuckers!! music.

Disturbed, Nirvana, Alice In Chains, Snot, WWF Forceable Entry, Doors, Jimmi Hendrix, Soil, System of A Down, Tool, Union Underground, Led Zep, ZZ Top, Kid Rock, The Rocky Soundtrack, and some others, mainly loud and angry rock for me.

As for a particular song "Turn Me On Mr. Deadman" by Union Underground always gets me ready to lift.

theresa couple of songs that i swear boost my test levels naturally:
underneath your clothes by shakira -
she's such a hot little bitch it makes wanna lift trucks and stuff.i don't know what version of the music video you get in the states but the one over here(aus) was hot. she's wearing tight little blue pants and a crop top thing and even shows off a bit of leg in a skirt.

hit 'em up by tupac -
that song is just pure aggression

then again i'm only 20 still so i'm feeling like my test is running wild now anyway!

Back to the original question though...DMX "Ruff RYders Anthem"
and anything rap/hip hop/pop....no damn country or classic rock or elevator music...I mean damn one time at the gym the FUCKIng Macarena came on while i was squatting I about dropped 315 on the damn floor!

its got to be some hard trance or acid trance and hard house when i'm working out nothing pumps you up like that shit

Gothic metal and drum n bass are what I listen to.

So for a workout something like White Slavery by Type-O-Negative. Or Twisted City by Dom n Keaton.

Electric Wizard, WarHorse, Black Sabbath, Kyuss, Shellac, Poison Idea, Unida, the Stooges, Sleep, Natas, Spaceboy, Black Flag, SSD, Minor Threat, B'last!

Anyone here even heard of these bands?
