Beleive it or not I like to listen to the crap that 24 hour plays. All the pop sh!t that everyone hates. It just makes you feel good. That's what I like to listen to. Now if I were to have a burned CD that I listened to it would have hip hop, R&B and Rap.

Huge hip-hop fan, but in the gym it's hard house and break beats!! I have a couple friends that are sick DJ's that I listen to all the time. Adam Webb - Rehab is probably my favorite!!

As for a particular song "Turn Me On Mr. Deadman" by Union Underground always gets me ready to lift.

theresa couple of songs that i swear boost my test levels naturally:
underneath your clothes by shakira -
she's such a hot little bitch it makes wanna lift trucks and stuff.i don't know what version of the music video you get in the states but the one over here(aus) was hot. she's wearing tight little blue pants and a crop top thing and even shows off a bit of leg in a skirt.

hit 'em up by tupac -
that song is just pure aggression

then again i'm only 20 still so i'm feeling like my test is running wild now anyway!

Gothic metal and drum n bass are what I listen to.

So for a workout something like White Slavery by Type-O-Negative. Or Twisted City by Dom n Keaton.
