May be i am young that is why i am so crazy about one thing like bb. i fuckin love it. at points i think of training and juicing more then i think of girls. the one thing i am glad for is that all u guys have my back. hopefully one day u guys will see me in the pro section. i will post some more pix after i finish my Bulking cycle. On dec 9th

I like BB a whole lot too. I'm young too (20). I've been really into working out since I was in 7th grade. I was a obese kid and I joined popwarner football and lost 40 pounds. Ever since then I've enjoyed being in shape - every part of it; training, dieting, research. When I was an upperclassmen in high school I started partying hard and working out went to the backburner. I gained a lot of weight because of it. I decided to train hard again, and it payed off. I started to become interested in the juice and I am on my first real cycle. Great results, and I cant wait to cut in Feb. Good luck on your Dec. 9th cycle.

My day is like this

Get up at 4:15 am
Take a shower,
Take protein shake 50 grams, vit c, fish oil.....
5:30 am I am in the gym,
7:00 am I am at work, Eat can tuna, oatmeal Log on to MC
9:10 am, Eat 2 chicken breasts with potatoes.....
11:00 am, 50 grams protein shake,
12:15pm 1 chicken breast with steak and pasta or rice.......
02:30 Protein Shake 50 grams.........
03:30 Can of Tuna, Pasta.......
0500, Get off work, protein bar...
0530 Back in the gym.......
0715 Protein Shake, Carb shake, Slin
0800 Home finally, Start Cooking for the next day, Have another chicken or steak with potatoes and eggs,
0930 make shakes for the next day, have a power night shake with protein and egg whites, take vitamins, and go to sleep........

Next day same thing................ aHHHHHHHHH, Sometimes this drives me insane............ But then i look at the results and comments that i get and shit I am going to be a pro one day, i know it, i don't have the best genetics, but damn, U think u love bb more than me, shit i am going to kill u.................

Well put bigpump. Being fit is like a high that feels so much better than any other high, damn - you're just so confident and cocky and you have every right to be. I need to clean up my diet a little bit and make it a priority just like working out. Then my friends, watch out.

I trully believe and know that bb is the hardest sport out there............... , everyone who doubts it does not know what it takes..... everyday i go through same process.... thinking about it
what else is there to do, other than party, screw chicks, drink, screw more chicks....... other than that there is nothing, unless u are filthy rich. u know what i mean guys........... body is a work of art that takes years to make............. that's life at it's best....

i too am in love! actually more than love it got pretty bad for a while, my parents made me see a sports phsychologist 'cos i was just forgetting about everything else, just training hard, fighting everyone and being arrogant. i'm learning to balance myself now so i try to have other hobbies like cars and stuff. it's actually how i tore my rotator cuff. i just went crazy bench pressing maxing out doing multiple sets, when my training partner would give up i'd go to the smith machine and squeze out another set.

it's all in the past and the future's looking good!

I am addicted too. I spend every once of energy trying to reach my fitness goals. I spend hours a day studying and reading up on fitness, bodybuilding, training etc... Everything from when I eat, what I eat, to how I schedule my day revolves around my fitness goals. I am only 21 and can't wait to see what the years bring me. I have been into this hardcore for three years and have come so far. I can only imagine what I will accomplish in five more years, but I am in love, this is not a temporary thing, it is a way of life. I have never met another person who is as into it as me (well except for Ronnie Coleman, Mike Matarazzo, etc... but those pros don't count, lol) I doubt I will ever give up this hobby. I will always have a further goal. There is always something you can do to improve your physique. The gratification I get from bodybuilding far surpasses anything I have ever come across in my entire life. Now if I can only find a chick who is as into this as me I'll be set for life!

LMAO, i would have say that the ppl who are truly addicted sacrifice anything and everything for there goals. You wanna see addiction to this sport, watch a guy do deads with 515 for reps all the while the bar is tearing his skin right off his shins and the bar begins to have a reddish hue. He thens rests and does it again and again till he finishes his exercise and gets a paper towel to wipe off the blood left on the bar from where the it cut his shins repeateadly. THATS ADDICTION

And BTW i do deads every third back workout.

Zylo, obviously you have never done deads. I DO wear pants and it still grinds the skin off the shins. You should try it sometime and lemme know if you still think thats goin to fix it. Trust me i know how to deadlift properly.

DW, the pics are goin to be coming bro. I'm back to 252lb and slowly getting back to 265lb. As for progress the bicep is handling the weight without any problems which is good since i was leary all last year from the tear and my back is fine to. Hell i'll be back to where i was sonner than i had hoped. No complaints here other that having to beat the numbers in that damn logbook, LOL.

How bout you, i saw your squatin again. Hows the back treatin ya??? Well i hope.
