If you're involved in a lawsuit, especially one of this magnitude, you don't talk about it at all, much less post public allegations and rebuttals. It provides ammo for the other side and undermines the whole lawsuit. If Jeff is really suing, his lawyer will have his head for this public rebuttal. Stupid, stupid legal move for these guys to discuss it publicly if they're really headed towards litigation.
I haven't read any of the Jeff Summers posts, but does anyone have proof that there is really a lawsuit in the works? Because I doubt it. I think these two were in collaboration, still are, and know that these boards thrive on advertising thinly disguised as a good story.
