Well I like whole eggs. Sometimes when I make eggs I will have 5 whole eggs and 5 whites. With 1 piece or 2 pieces of cheese. Hey I aint preping for a show here. I will eat 1 piece of toast with this. Whole wheat or some seeded rye. no butter or crap just plain toast.Other days I might just have 5 whole eggs. Lot of unnecasary fats and calories I know.I think it beats all of that with 2 or 3 pieces of sausage added to the mix. And butter all of the toast.

I made an omelet today that had 6 whites, 1 yolk, a slice of low fat (97% lean) ham, about 1/3 cup of cottage cheese, and some onion. Man was it good. I had been putting shredded cheddar in, and wanted to try cottage cheese (fat free, btw). It turned out great!

I read yesterday that raw eggs are high in Avidin, which stops your body using its own Biotin. The result is serious. We destroy the Avidin when we heat them up.
