thrown up after your first set and then went back to working out? if so did you get a good work out.
reason i ask is b/c i did that today, i ate at 1 and went to my room and took my animal stack and then got in to the weight room at 1:40.
during my frist set on flat dumbbell bench i started feeling bad. so i quit early and went straight to the restroom and threw up. then went back to work out. i felt bad but i didnt go to work out for no reason " get BIG ". so about 30 to 45 mins later i started feeling better. but still not up to par. but i toughted it out, and then i i got a getter ab work out. so it wasnt a total waste of a day.

...never thrown up myself but like champ said i have heard of people throwing after doing high rep squats and presses...
