insomnia

I just got back into hittin the weights on a regular basis about 3 weeks ago and ever since I just can't seem to sleep. I feel tired but when I lay down my mind starts racing about everything under the sun except sleep. Anybody else have this problem? i think I read somewhere that this happens during AS use but the only thing I'm " on " is protien shakes and chicken breasts. thanx in advance for your comments.
 
Dude,I went to my doctor about this because I had that problem for like 9 years and a few months ago got my hands on some valiums which worked great!But,you can't stay on them especially if you run the risk of being drug tested by your work.I wanted to try ghb,but its so damn illegal!So, the doctor put me on a drug called buspirone(or buspar).It is an antianxiety drug,kind of like valium but you can stay on it for years with no side effects.I've been taking it for 3 months now and it still works like a charm.It works faster on an empty stomach(I learned that little trick from when I was taking the valium)I just take it 20-30 minutes b4 I want to go to sleep and I've had know insomnia since.If you got insurance I would highly recommend looking into it.Good luck.
 
Thanx for the advice rooster1. My wife was taking Buspar awhile back for anxiety and it seems to work for her. The place I work for does drug testing once a month so looks like I'm gonna have to make an appiontment to see the doc. I know with a script I don't have to worry about the drug test. What about anything OTC?
Anybody find anythind that works?
 
I've tried EVERYTHING over the counter except the new supps adsvertised on this forum.Some things work OK some of the time but nothing works good all the time.That's why I finally gave in and talked to a doctor and glad I did.I still want to try one of the supps advertised here.I think presser said he tried it and was great.I'll have to go back and find what it was.
 
grab 2 sleeping pills drop them in your protein shake and mix it up ... then drink it ... and sleep like a champ
