Ok here is the deal I have been on clen since last monday I am up to 3 pills a day 4 is ok but I can't sleep if I take 4 so any way
yesterday I got a really bad cramp in my foot and thought nothing of it "just a cramp I thought" then I started to get them in my neck real bad so I uped my water intake from 1 gallon to 1 and a 1/2 gallons has any one had this problem with clen after a cycle ? if so will the water help or is there something else I can do or take ? thank for you help

Cramps are a sign of an electrolyte imbalance. Make sure you get additional potassium every day when you drink 1+ gallons of water a day(banana or a baked potato are the two highest natural sources of potassium).

There lots of supps for the cramp but I think the banana is the cheapest, yummiest and works the best. Just dump it into your shake.
The clen cramps you up pretty bad due to all the sweating. Then you take in all the water and that acutally makes your electrolytes worse. Take in a nice balance with high levels of potassium. thats why the banana is the best.

taurine

i was cramping up when i first tried clen (sometimes under my jawbone -- FUCK those hurt) tried bananas, more water, etc...

nothing worked until i added taurine (on recommendation don't remember who)... cramps went away

So does clen affect your potassium levels, if eating bananas helps? Trying to understand "why" it causes cramps.

clen doesn't directly affect potassium, but it does increase metabolism and thus urination too. Add extra water intake and whalaa... you are pissing out your electrolytes! You have to put back in what you take out. The reason muscles cramp when electrolyte levels are low is that they are starting to essentially "fail" at a cellular level. It's the body's way of warning you!
