back surgery and training

I just got over a cracked vetbra. I am finally able to go heavy, i cracked it in aug.

depends on what kinda surgery. Herianated disc lay low for quite a while. I had 2 operated on the bigest factor is which way the made the cut mine was up and down which means they cut through all the muscle making it very hard to heal.
