Dieting

I've been dieting for two months now and got myself down from 285 to 250. Let me tell you that i hate it. Im used to routinely walking in the gym and loading 725 on the bar and squatting it ass to ankles for a few reps. Now i feel a bit on the weak side. I haven't done any super heavy squats or deads for about a year now anyway. nowadays i throw on 500 and rep it out. better for my body i think. anyway i want to save my strength a bit. my diet is pretty clean, protein is up, and fat down, carbs moderate.

Im now running some winnie to try to hold some strength, 50mg/ed, think this is smart at this point? im trying to get down about 15-20 more pounds. should i have waited longer to hit the gear?

I want to get down to this weight before i experiment with the tren as i am a virgin in that arena. probably going to hit that after the new year.

i want to run the tren alone for some mass gains, not during the dieting, you disagree?
 
thank you for the advice, i will have to take some time to decide what to do.

as for the pics, you looked like a freak, plain and simple. i felt like the pillsbury doughboy standing next to you.
 
see my fina posts in the other forum, i mentioned that i want to try the fina on its own, since ive never done it. i like to experiment with my own creative cycles sometimes, like the motto says 'use your mind, to build your body'

Well, I wouldn't run fina to gain mass. Fina will give you more strength and muscle density... and not as much mass. Something like test will give you more size. It's a great compond none the less .... but I've gotten more size from other things.
 
I have run tren with winny in a cutting cycle and with test in a mass cycle. I think presser and Iceburg are correct in what they are telling you. Tren is not a huge mass builder. Deca is a far better choice for that. Run it alone or with the winny but don't expect allot of mass from it. Just strength and hardness.
