Some oral dissolvable tablets by QV?

A friend of mine said he was taking these tablets that you let dissolve under your tounge that are suppossed to get you ripped. He said he thought the brand was qv and said it was for animals.. I figured it was probably quality vet. does anyone know what the fck he is talking about.
