Cut out one of those meal replacements, and replace it with a REAL meal.

Then you'll be good to go.

I'm guessing dinner is your post workout meal. I'd go with some whey protein and a lot (80g or so, some people would say more) of really simple carbs immediately after your workout.

My guess is it should be enough, or very close to it. All I can really say is I remember when I was most everyone here's age and gaining. I was 18, working in a meat packing plant lifting a lot of heavey meat around all day. I remember I used to eat 6 meals a day. I gained quite a bit of weight, but I wasn't as heavey as you to start with. I don't remember what it was...maybe 205 or so. If it doesn't seem like its enough, I'd throw some whey protein in myself right before bed.
Good luck FBC.

You need to know how many Cals a day you are eating!
How can you make adjustments to your diet with out knowing what you are eating.
It amazes me that so many guys on this board can’t even tell you how many calories or grams of protein they are eating.

Did I miss something is this a Knitting Board or is it Bodybuilding.

Without having your Diet in order you will never make the gains your looking fo no matter how hard you train and how much juice you take.

Here is a good guildline:
Cutting - your body weight times 10 = total Daily cal. – Drop 500 calories if your not losing wt
Maintenance – Body weight X 12-15 = Maintenance
Gaining – Add 1000 cal per day and adjust based on you gains.

1-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight.
Never drop your fat below 10% of your total cal.
