HOW PAINFUL ARE QUAD SHOTS ?

I hit my quads for the first time on this cycle, fina also. Ive had no problem at all. It has the same soreness as my glutes.

I love quad shots, I have even done them on the the medialis portion(teardrop around the knee) with out any problems other thank slight discomort the next day.

I'm not sure about fina, because I haven't taken any of that stuff yet. What I can tell you is that for my first (and only so far) cycle I injected TT sust into my quad and for the first 2 weeks I can honestly say that I have never felt pain quite like it. I even had to ditch work for a couple of days. For whatever reason, the pain subsided in the weeks to come, after which the delt injections didn't hurt at all.

Dont hurt at all...and dont get freaked out if you hit a nerve and jerk the needle will just bend. IMO quads are so easy and I never hurt from them

to hit a proper quad shot, you should find your vastus lateralis and go top and half way down. they tend to be a bit more painful but you'll get used to it. you may also have a greater chance of hitting tender spots too.

EAsy rule of thumb puts your hands down by your side and where your thumb hits inject in that relative area, unless you are an ape and your hands hit the floor.

I always put my hand on my leg where my finger tips are at my knee, and I shot about where my wrist starts on the outside.Have never had any problems.

My quads do this all the time. It really freaks my wife out when it happens. I have had more soreness from shots in the quads than in other areas but everyone is different. I do calves without problems and most guys won't touch um. Delts and glutes are the easiest with the least possiblilty of pain to me.

I love the quads....I am on the a$$ right now.....and I would rather hit my quads...but that's just my opinon....

With quad shots, your leg should be completely proped up with all the weight off of it. A good way to do this is sitting on your bed with your back firmly against the head board..... with the leg your gonna shot laid out flat on the bed or both legs up. You could also sit on the floor with your back against the wall. Don't bend you legs... keep them flat.

This way all weight is off the muscle and this keeps any twitching probs away .... at least for me. These are so easy, no twisting around or reaching across your body... everything is right there in front of ya.

Go half way between your knee and hip... to the outside a little... where it's nice and meaty.

I like quad shots... but I wont shoot anything painfull there again.. like my QV test. I could hardly walk for 4 days but the same gear in the glute and it is barely noticable. I shoot EQ/fina anything else in the quad.. just not QV test. But I like the QV test enough to keep buying it.. just wont shoot in the quad anymore
:)

I love to shoot in the morning, then just go to the gym that night and fuckin burn em up. Hard and heavy. By the next day I cant tell why it hurts but i know there getting big.
