would it be ok for me to run 4iu ed for a yr? or should i take time off just like with gear---i am really giving some consideration to picking up 6 kits to start after this cycle is done and i may go with 12 if its ok

I know nothing bout GH other than it is $$$$, how bout you and I split the money that you are going to spend on GH and buy us some serious gear? BUMP

From all I've read I have never heard anything bad happening for running it non-stop. I'm sure someone with more knowledge will chime in. IMO If I could afford it I would run for 6 months and then take a couple off just to see how my body reacts to it. Also I would consider age. Not to dis my fellow older BB

you just need to be watchful of the sides associated with longer term use like having some bones grow. I've heard of jawbone issues creating TMJ and hand bone issues causing carpal tunnel syndrome.

bump again---come on guys--someones have to of run GH for an extended period---what i was thinking of doing was running 8iu the first 7 days of each month then 4ius the rest of the month

I ran it for close to a year striaght! I ran 2-4 iu ed or 5 on 2off for close to a year.. I had the sides of better sex drive and achy hands in the joints mainly.. swollen feet at times.. MY SHAPE change for sure! i have become rounder and much thicker! .. Im sitting on 3 kits now waiting to run in Jan!!!! But will need more!

The longer you do GH the better the results. Mostly the problems come when there is abuse just like anything for long times. The 5 on 2 off is a good idea, I'm also a fan of EOD a 4 iu's. I did that for 3 months and had better effects after I stopped. That was the best! I did low amounts of gear to see what would happen, and I loved it. You'll have fun. O and your skin will glow and shine, you'll get alot of compliments on how healthy you look.
