"clean" carbs

Ok, looking for what you guys consider "clean" carbs, suitable for either cutting (except keto diets, of course) or bulking - depending on amounts. I'm sure a lot of us are either getting into a rut with what we're eating, or not eating cleanly because we either don't know how, or because it sounds too hard, so basically, I'd like this thread to get people thinking about what's available.

I'll start with my staples:
green apples
peas
romaine lettuce
oatmeal
low sugar/fat yogurt
fibre one/all bran (cereal)
yogurt mixed with oatmeal or fiber cereal
brown rice

So, let's hear yours!

sgrinavi is the man to talk to about this stuff. I was told to stay away from peas . I like brown rice mixed with some black beans. Yams, oats(in the morning not late in the day) I try to mix berries in with the oats to give them more flavor. Whole wheat pitas.Just acouple of things I consider clean carbs.

Cream of rice cereal, rice cakes, white and red pots arent too bad, and ezekial bread. If I think of any more I will add...

Brocoli, yams, oatmeal, brown rice, apple, pear, chickpeas, lima beans, green beans, lentils, kidney beans, grapefruit, barley

you also have to consider the GI of all these carbs as well ! like
I know that rice cakes are really hige on the GI chart ! there is a GI chat in musclardevelopement about 3 monts ago the one with the 2 really hot asian chicks !

All of the ones I listed have a low glycemic index. I don't personally eat them but got them from a mgagzine clip that I keep posted on the fridge.
