weird question for u guys....

Well for about 2 months, i went really hardcore in the gym, and diet...everything..i took vpx 1-test, glutamine....i went up in all my lifts...everything went through the roof, awesome gains..and i have good genetics, it was the best i looked ,and felt ever...but now after maxing out on all my lifts.sqUAT, bench, everything..i feel burned out...anyone ever feel this?? i was so happy with all my gains..but now i feel taxed...any thoughts would be great..thanks guys
 
i'm with press on this one.. after a long hard run i like to take a week off to let everything get back to normal then just go back intot eh gym and hit it at a normal pace
