I KNOW I KNOW NOT A HAPPY SUBJECT,BUT IT CAN GET ANNOYING.I'M SHITTING AN AVERAGE OF 2-4 TIMES A DAY. DON'T LEAVE ME HANGING HERE, I KNOW YOU SHIT ALOT TOO
that's it? You definitely don't eat enough then...hehe, I go that many times before I leave for work. I shit at least 6 times a day...and did I mention...DAMN proud of it!
I have been getting a lot of scrapers lately. I mentioned before that it's been leaving a little blood on the tissue paper but yesterday's sh!t was brutal. It was so f-ing tough to come out I decided I'd take a look in the pot before I wiped so I could admire it's size. I noticed a streak of blood on the log itself, which has never happened. The thing must have been as thick as my wrist and hard as hell, all kidding aside. I'm afraid to go today, I've been holding it in for quite some time now. Anyway, I only go 1-2 times a day and they're normally pretty tremendous. I'll update you guys tomorrow on how my rectum is doing...
Damn, dude - eat some fiber! That'll take care of that problem pretty quickly. I try and eat a bowl of fibre one cereal each day, and it makes a big difference.
YEAH FIBER DOES HELP, ALL MY CARBS HAVE A GOOD AMOUNT OF FIBER EXCEPT POST SHAKE.OATMEAL,BEANS,SPINACH,BROCOLLI ARE MY STAPLES, AND IF YOU'RE LOW CARBING IT GET A FIBER SUPPLEMENT, SUGAR FREE METAMUCIL, SPRINKLEON SALADS ,OR MAKE A DRINK BEFORE EATING
Great post........ Funny how we discuss this shit, getting personal....... next thing u know , someone will ask how many times a day u wack off.... u know..... funny.......
LOL I need to eat more cause I only shit once a day. jaywooly you might want to go see your doctor. Sounds like you could have internal hemorrhoids. They don't hurt when you shit but still could get bad and lead to some moderate internal bleeding. I was on a SSRI for anxiety and it made me constipated and started having blood in my stool. Serious shit (pun) bro. Don't start eating some fiber its going to hurt like a bitch when you drop some bombs. Ok this was a pretty gross topic but hey we all do it.
