Let me set the scenario...Say a person, for research purposes, were to mix Tren acetate, Prop and another substance with no ester such as boldenone. If all were to be injected at the same time would the boldenone take the half-life characteristics of one of the esters in the other substances???

Well I could be wrong, but I don't think it would work like that.

I did not think that it would either but I just thought about it this afternoon and was curious...

Chem is exactly correct, the different ester will not mix/combine in anyway. The half life is determined by how long it takes the body to break that certain ester or chemical, just like C14 or something of that nature that has a radioactive decay. So mix away and dont worry.
