I have been on it during this cycle. Seems like great stuff. Keeps your nuts from shrinking as much and I don't think they completely shut down. I have had just a very small amount of water retention, mostly noticed it in my face, but I had to take a close look to see it, might be just my imagination. I also understand that after a while it permenately blocks your body's ability to convert test to estrogen. I took it only 5 days a week and it worked very well for me.
