its obviously bad for the liver as said above, and i think i heard it also lowers protein synthesis. my biggest prob with it is first of all that night i wont be eating good since im drinking and not eating protein. second the next day i feel like sit, dont eat well due to lowered appetite, and i either dont workout cause i dont feel like it, or if i do my workout sux.
i truely drin too much while on cycle, wanna live my life but im starting to see that im making shit for gains, i gotta lay of the drinking on cycle at least, and improve my diet. cause what im doing right now im getting almost nowhere.
