Alcohol

Alcohol for one has uneeded cals....and two it is tuff on your liver as some steroids are...stay away from the acly while on is my advice
 
its obviously bad for the liver as said above, and i think i heard it also lowers protein synthesis. my biggest prob with it is first of all that night i wont be eating good since im drinking and not eating protein. second the next day i feel like sit, dont eat well due to lowered appetite, and i either dont workout cause i dont feel like it, or if i do my workout sux.
i truely drin too much while on cycle, wanna live my life but im starting to see that im making shit for gains, i gotta lay of the drinking on cycle at least, and improve my diet. cause what im doing right now im getting almost nowhere.
 
protein synthesis, liver damage, dehydration, motivation problems..... It's best not to if your trying to be serious about you bodybuilding and if your juicing and you not serious about it, well...
 
Well mate everything that has been said above is right. Alcohol is bad for you.

Saying that, I personally drink a fair bit whether on or off cycle. I am not a pro bodybuilder and I have a life outside bodybuilding. I'm prepared to sacrifice some gains. I am quite big at 260lbs, so it is certainly possible to get decent gains even with drink added to the mix.

But don't think it will have no effect, because it does. You have to sacrifice some gains..... Up to personal choice really.
 
for the time your on i think you could lay off basically your lessining the potential of the juice smoke weed itll at least make you eat more dehydration isent good specially when your full of toxins
