These are my stats.

28 yrs.old 5'8 164 pounds

I just finished a 10 week cycle in mid November. I finish my clomid therapy on December 25. I gained 18 pounds.

Sustanon 500mg ----- 10 weeks
EQ 400mg ----- 10 weeks
Dbol 30mg ed ----- 4 weeks



When do you think I can start my next cycle? I want to do FINA and TESTOSTERONE PROPIONATE. Maybe add WINSTROL. Thanks for any help.

time off =time on- is a general rule of thumb-seems like either you waited too long to start Clomid or ran it longer than neccesary-did you start 2 weeks after last Sust shot?-just curious as to your protocol-no harm I guess in running it for 4 weeks??

I started Clomid 3 weeks after last sus shot. And I am running Clomid for 3 weeks.

300mg ---- day 1
100mg----- days 2-11
50mg -----days 12-21


Do you consider your cycle over when you finish your juice or when clomid therapy is over?

My cycle is "officially over"when I take that first clomid- Also I wait 2 weeks after Sus to start not that it matters-but do take the time off bro-its hard at first but over time I think it helps retain LBM if you recover completely-just my opinion
