I'm really thinking about trying a cycle out and wondering how long it will stay in my body. Does it differ between what steriod you use or is it all pretty much the same?

It varies greatly depending what steroid you use. Make sure you do plenty of reading before you start and do it correctly.

completely different lengths, why are you asking???

Why am I asking? I want to get into law enforcement when I finish college (I'm a freshman) and they test you for steriods. I have a good 4-years left before I go to the acadamy and do not want to have it in my system.

I plan to do my first cycle in March so that gives me some time to read more up on everything.

Yes but if I do one cycle and like it, I'm sure I'll do more at the appropriate time. Once I find out the average time they leave the body, it'll give me a better idea of when I should quit.

I don't know for sure, but I think the longest time they would be detectable would be like a month. That would be enanthate or deca or something.

Remember, you already have testosterone, etc.. in your body. The levels would have to be very high for someone to say they are from exogenous source. I think.

hostile, I do remember one of the Troopers telling me they do a testosterone test first and if it's above normal, they test you for steriods.

If it leaves your body within a month, I could get one hell of a good start. :D

Hell, I might become the white Ronnie Coleman. :p

I think it would take you a little more than four years to become anything like Ronnie Coleman.

But, good luck trying.

There is a ton of good info out there about your question. Try using the search button. It is located at the top right corner of this page.

There's a page over on anabolicreview that gives detection time of a few steroids. I don't know how accurate it is, but its a start. One to take notice of is Deca, which according to the site is up to a year and a half.
