that all the nonsense from FB doesn't make it's way overhere now that it is down.

I was never a poster there, just a lurker and reader. Some of the kiddie shit that went on over there has no place here, at all.

i just came here from FB, and i must admit, it was kinda painful to be there the last few weeks. the food and training forums stayed clear, but i heard what happened on the steroid forum and the supplement forum was getting just as bad.

but we did have some very useful posts from some very bright people. sixpack, lovetoeat, phykarn, brightcell, jpfitness, to name a few.

what really upsets me is that my printers been down for awhile, so i had a list of all the posts i wanted to print out and now they're gone. darn it!

why in the world would you ever think that.. Geared,Small and Lewd did the best they could in keeping down the unwanted posts.. but their membership base was quite large and there was only thre of them ... Kind of overwelming.. But we have a few more MODs here and I think we all can handle it..

Plus with help from members that have been here for a while will also help.. If no one flames another.. then it will be very easy to stop what little newbie behavier arrise from the influx of new member.

So remember.. it takes you guys also to help..
We were all new once, so have a little patience with them.

AS Donny Osmond said "One bad apple don't spoil the whole bunch Bass...."-we as a board are only as good as our"weakest bro"-we will always have a few bros that-well that are a little eccentric-but on this board mutual respect and integrity abound and we will ALL be on our gaurd to keep this board good and getting better!!

...i never frequented FB myself, but the way a lot of people make it sound, it seems it was ridiculous over there...i hope if they come here they know whats what!!...
