View Full Version : Cycle I am starting in a few days,, question

Weeks 1-10 t400 400mg a week
weeks 1-10 deca 300 300mg a week
(injecting half the dosage twice a week)
Diabol 50mg a day weeks 1-4

since i have been back to school, my diet went to shit and i have been drinking i have packed on a few pounds of fat, i have only used some deca and sust before but i want to throw on some weight this time eating a shit load on this cycle and hopefully throwing the weight on, my question is i guess ,,, could i still put on more fat during the cycle by eating too much or will the calories be used for muscle mass rather than fat.
also what do u think i could gain on this cycle just an estimate
i want to come back from xmas break in five weeks with some noticable differences

p.s dont mind my writing i have been studying all week, pulled basicaly an all nighter took some tests and worked today, i am just excited that i am getting my gear in a few days:)

any help will be appreciated thank you

I would probably go a little higher on the test and the deca unless you are a light weight. 500 test and 400 deca sounds good.

Post your stats. BTW, It is always possible, or should I say probable, if you are eating a shit load of bad food that you will gain some fat.

I am 5ft 8in 192lbs i have no clue what my bf is so i doubt this helps.

Not to pick at you bro, but what is a "shitload"? 5,000 cals? 8,000 cals? It depends on how much you eat wether you add a bunch of fat or not.

But, even if you add some fat, it's nothing a good cut cycle won't fix. :)

The worst thing you can do when you are looking to bulk is be afraid of food. I say eat as much as you can, and deal with cutting later.

If it ain't kicking and screaming, or if it ain't nailed down, eat it.

Do this:

500-600mg Test Enanth Weeks 1-10
400mg Deca Weeks 1-10
40-50mg Dbol weeks 1-4

Nolvadex, Liquidex

Make sure your diet and training plan is in line before starting. Eat 4-5k calories per day.

Keep on a eye on diet cause it seems you already got a bit of weight on that frame and if it's a lot of fat you're gonna add even more to it. Get your goals straight and make sure you're consistent with your plan.

brave for using t400??? I know someone who used it and said the stuff was junk....didnt get the gains like cyp or enant....oh well everyone is different ....the pain wasnt like everyone said either

did yiu mean brave man cause of the pain? im not worried, as far as anyone saying it sucks i guesse it works different for everyone my buddy did 800mg a week of t400 and some deca and blew up this summer, maybe he would have grown more with straight test?

i would rather have gone with 400mg a week of test enthante also but the t400 was like half as much money to do it this way, i am seriusly contemplating bumping it with 200 mgs of enthante a week with it also but i probably wont.
