Article about bulking

i like to pack it on then diet down. I competed in 95 and 96 very little change. bulked in 97 competed in 98 lots of improvements. bulked in 99 and competed in 2000 looked the best ever but screwed up my carb up decided i needed to move up a weight class and i want to be at the top of it so i have been bulking ever since. I think I am going to compete next year around aug or sept so I am going to bulk until march then start cutting it back.
I think going up and down in weight cost muscle. every diet take some. So my theory is pack on all u want then diet once see how u look decide on what needs to be improved then make the changes. I think it takes more than one bulker to make massive improvents
 
Keep in mind that every time you diet, your body learns to hold on to fat and sacrifice muscle. In an evolutionary sense, your body prefers to have fat than muscle. In times of famine, fat stores keep it alive longer than muscle, so it tries to do the opposite of what we want.
 
2 weeks .....

I have only scanned the article, but it does confirm some other articles I've read about "re-programming" your innards.

From what he is saying, it could well be 2 weeks bulk, 2 weeks cut, but for period of months?

I know when I pig out ridiculously... I gain weight quickly (der) but when I return to normal controlled eating, fat does drop off... thought nothing of it till I started reading articles like this.

Plus, it would be a much easier diet for me to follow....
