sup bros..

I am in week 5 of my
qv test 500mg a week
bl eq 400mg a week
I did 30mg dbols for the first 4 weeks
I started out at 150 pounds...jumped up to 160...
and now....I am still having problems with me and my
girl...been trying to force my self to eat.....and it's
very hard....I weighed in yesterday at 156..dropping
weight...geez..I know my stuff is legit....because I can
feel the pumps...and plus I started eating around
2000 calories a day..so I think the weight will start
to kick in very soon...hopefully things will be looking
up from here....also thinking about adding onto the end
of the cycle....my strenght is through the roof...normally
curling 55 on the curl bar...and now I am up to 70 pounds
feel very strong.....and feeling great....but I just have to
start eating more...drinking about a half gallon water a day

stats are as follows
21 years old this is my 4th cycle
6'3 150 pounds....
have been working out since I was 17......
thinking about adding another 4-6 more
weeks onto the cycle.....with some more test
or just to wait..and take about a month off in
febuary...and start back in March!!!
 
In my opinion, you need to eat more than 2000 calories a day to grow. Are you getting enough protein? You need at least 300g a day at your body weight, more if you can.

coolness......I drink 3 protein drinks a day....and plus total I eat everyday about 245grams of protein a day...so....I am trying guys..I think I still have time..to get in on it...I think maybe I should just start eating junk food...to get the weight on.....I only have about 4 weeks left.....I really need to bring it up some!!!
 
2000 calories a day?! Man I don't even go that low on a super cutting diet. Up up up bro!

Dude I would do 4000-5000 cals you will gain some fat but hey when you jump from 150 to 185 people will notice...eat eat and when you cant eat any more eat some more good luck!

and drink protein shakes till you want to puke. I don't know if I'd extend the cycle, might do you more good to keep it as is and fine tune your next one. You might want to add some decca next time. I think that's what made me want to eat so much. I felt like a shark (eating machine) and still think I needed to eat more. And work out like never before. It will help the gains go more to muscle. well it's not a typo..that's for sure...I was 6'3 183.....but that is when things got bad....and I lost everything...and I went into a deep depression....

viper i wouldnt touch any clomid till your mind is back in place----good luck and you will find a lady that will treat you right
 
6'3 150lb! i think u should keep your current diet plus,u could add some bk/mc d's,wendys,pizza.with your body frame a little fat will probably look good on you.remember with that fat comes muscle.it sounds like u will not have a problem when it come time to drop the fat with a cut cycle.
